My Ipod and I are going to do the STARFlight 5K. My son and I have events planned on the 1st but I may try to do the TX Independence Day 5K in the morning. This running thing ain't too bad... Maybe Jim Fixx had a good idea. Wait, didn't he die of a heart attack???

Ended up able to do the STARFlight 5K... Man was it COLD!!!! Finished in 28:08. Saw Erin Rousseau out there and Chris, an RN at ST. David's. Fun time, but as I said, COLD!!
