No but Alpha Graphics's version is awesome and a small price to pay in my mind for potentially preventing a clinical error. However they should be issuing us a pocket copy in approximatly 2 weeks.

You can order online and they will ship it to your house, http://us596.alphagraphics.com/ordering user name traviscounty pw 911. I dont know of anyone else that has them on file. Kinkos can make them but its regular computer paper and they fall apart compared to the alpha graphics version. They also have a nice trauma alert/transport reference for your credentialing badge with all of the alert criteria. For all of you ALS providers they have a GREAT drug reference card set printed on heavy plastic.
Comprehensive (ALS) Pocket COG's - $14.53 BLS Pocket COG's - $13.52 Trauma Alert/Transport Refernce Card - $6.50 Drug Reference Cards - $4.00

Tammy, the pictures on the website arnt that great, the pocket guide is about 4"x7", ring bound with plastic front and back covers, and heavy proffesional type paper with color pages and all of the flow charts. It has everything, except the equipment and procedure appendicies, including the drug formulary, approved abreviations etc. Also I think its owned by a hudson bend FF, not sure which one. Esther Silva turned me on to the website when I saw her pocket guide.
